This sometimes takes the form<br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>lumbar sprains, or neck pain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>as a result of herniated disc or vertebral injury,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>back pain, tension between the shoulder blades,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and other back pain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-highlight-text has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color\">These are among the most frequent reasons for consultations at <a href=\"https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/en\/\">Parent Osteopath<\/a>. They are the language of the body. They inform us about the disturbances experienced, whether they are of origin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" height=\"350\" src=\"https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/douleur-cervicalgie-dorsalgie-lombago-e1505273955486.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-715\" srcset=\"https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/douleur-cervicalgie-dorsalgie-lombago-e1505273955486.jpg 350w, https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/douleur-cervicalgie-dorsalgie-lombago-e1505273955486-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/douleur-cervicalgie-dorsalgie-lombago-e1505273955486-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>postural or <a href=\"https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/en\/accident-fracture-surgery-and-the-osteopath\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"969\">traumatic<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>energetic or anatomical,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/en\/directions\/neurological-disorders-and-osteopathy\/\">neurological<\/a> or muscular,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visceral or food,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>physiological or emotional,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>degenerative, surgical, and others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And often more than one of these causes combine together in the problem experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To interpret this language of the body is to discover the causes of pain, discomfort, tension, and imbalances. This is the first step towards solving the problem. And this is what the osteopath is looking for from the beginning of a consultation. According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/en\/defining-osteopathy\/\">very definition of osteopathy<\/a>, it looks for the <strong>causes<\/strong>, sometimes called &#8220;primary lesion&#8221; in osteopathy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group alignfull has-white-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color\">DIAGNOSIS AND EXAMINATIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Often the client arrives at the osteopath without any specific diagnosis. He says<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>that he has inflicted a &#8220;kidney trick&#8221;, or that he has a lumbago,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>torticollis, or sciatic pain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neck pain, or a &#8220;dot in the back&#8221;, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/osteopatheparent.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/radiographie-scan-irm-resonance-magnetique.jpg\" alt=\"Back assessment by X-ray, scan, MRI, or magnetic resonance\" class=\"wp-image-1260\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In some cases the patient arrives at the osteopath with a diagnosis from the doctor, or the evaluation of another health professional. The latter told him, that he is suffering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acute or chronic low back pain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a lumbar or cervical sprain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cauda equina syndrome,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>back pain, facet syndrome, or simply osteoarthritis, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes the client already has test results; X-rays, scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), etc. A certain percentage of these tests can objectify a lesion or problem causing symptoms, such as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a herniated disc, osteophytes, spondylolisthesis,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spinal, foraminal or medullary stenosis,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an old or even recent fracture, a spinal fusion,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a problem following surgery, osteoarthritis, scoliosis,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a difference in leg length, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group alignfull section-cta has-ast-global-color-1-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-ast-global-color-7-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong><br\/>OSTEOPATHY CLINIC IN LONGUEUIL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center is-style-highlight-text has-ast-global-color-4-color has-text-color\"><strong>The Lorem Ipsum<\/strong> is simply fake text used in composition and layout before printing. In these circumstances osteopathy is of great help.
